Theres a couple of mf hacks already out. most of them are mf calculators though. The best mf calculator is at Nightshiver Thier calculators are good but some of thier downloads cant be trusted. most of thier editors are wormed beyond reasoning. The calculators are fine though. Go for it.

the mf calculators are for closed. Most open editors you can find on d2sector.

you dont need hacks as you know MF varies and a knew value is set every time you make a new char so get your self a monitoring program find the string of code where MF is determined and create a new char until you have maxed starting MF " yeah right more easily said than done"
P.S. aint my idea  tried it but is painfull as hell and took its time too
