If you want a MF/Rusher Sorc, I would go with the Orb sorceress.

20 Cold Mastery
20 Ice Bolt
20 Frozen Orb
and alternating between TS and Lightning Mastery
Its not only good for killing Mephisto/Andy/Pindle but good at PK as well
The TS does sufficient amount of damage (mine does around 1500) I use it for the knockback effect so that I can orb them to death. But also With this gear -

Tal belt (15%)
p topaz shako
um lidless
ist occy
47% war travs
magefist
2 sojs
8 Cold gcs

I have a 800 orb with -230% to enemy cold resist along with around 450% mf
I 4 orb mephisto and 3-4 andy and 1-2 for pindle. So if you want a somewhat good sorc for Mf/Rushing i would say the orb sorc, however when a cold immune comes out just run, dont even bother -.-

dex - enuf for max block w/ holy shield
vit - rest

20 zeal
20 sacrifice
20 fanaticism

1 salvation (1 pt wonder)
1 vigor (only skill that speeds up charge...saves time when running around in town too)
1 all prereqs
rest in...
defiance if u need more def (holy shield synergy)
blessed aim if u need more AR (passive 5% per pt)
smite if u wanna mix a bit of stun with ur zeal and charge

gear:
ebotd zerker or war spike (good luck getting that lol), doom is good too. go with cheap alternatives if u cant afford those, like bstar.
coh for pvm, duress or stone for pvp, shaft if ur not that rich
crown of ages, or gaze/shako if ur not that rich

herald of zakarum, or stormshield if u prefer that instead.

for a fire skill i would go either meteor or fireball. i am not a master of sorc's or anything, but perhaps a strategy could be to fire orb to slow them down, cast meteor once or twice, and then switch to fireball and blast them with those while the cold is still in effect and the meteor's are falling.
