A Moderator is someone who looks over a specific section and keeps it clean from Spam, Scams etc enforces all of the rules.

A Super Moderator is someone who looks over ALL of the sections.

smods can moderate anywhere, instead of just in certain forums, like Dan can only mod in the tech forums.
