GM duels=non existent on bnet anymore?

I remember there were alot of bmers in 1.10 when I played frequently before I started playing again recently. Now that I have a dueler made and take him into duel games it seems like that if you die people will repeatedly nk you over and over and over until you leave... The funny part is I have seen comments such as "this game is to ez" after they are tired of it too. Well of course the game is easy if all you do is TG and NK...

I remember people would nk you in 1.10 but not like 1.11. You usually had to actually piss someone off for them to nk until you left. Now it seems like if you die in a duel game you may as well be done because theres no way in hell you are getting your corpse. If your in a game where everyone else is BMing and you start to BM they cry. WTF.


I just don't get how anyone would get any sense of fulfillment out of naked killing people over and over again. There is no challenge or fight in it. I thought people dueled for the challenge. It seems I was wrong.

Yes. But few. Theres so little, I don't even refer to Gm anymore. People just do whatever they want. But I don't complain. Please don't quit and leave me alone in UsWest. =[

I wish you could put charachter class restrictions on games, tired of being killed by ****head hdins that come to MELEE duel games. I love all the hacking too, TMC and farcast make me laugh so hard. I enjoy makin those zons run like bitches when they realize they can't take me even with their hacks lol. But for the most part the pub duelers are just baddies.

Bm means bad manners. Gm means good manner. Varies between people. Like absorb, lifetap, etc.

Figured it was bad good something. Yeah I hate it when people beat you and they try to rub it in. But then you come back and rape every char they have then they call you a noob. It seemed more and more common up to the point where I quit.

Yeah I do enjoy beating the cheaters and bad manners duelers by playin legit. I guess you're just screwed if you have an honor code though, some of these kids are just too BM/hacked to take out.

I used to use aa and a windy druid with nigma and a strong merc, or my bowazon to take care of those types.

Won't that be the same for Smiters? Does Aa just auto click on you? I think necro's are the best at using Aa. With ultra high Fcr.

Edit: Speaking of Bm. I just went in a duel game. A smiter had a Barb's Bo (A Barb named CallToArms), Exile. I had no Life tap at all, with no Bo. I then dueled him and died with half his life left. I then switched to Exile and he was about to be killed with like 300 life left. I then said. "Barb's Bo" and he said "Cry". I then with my good nature just left. =]

Thats how you handle pub duels.

Bone spirit is to slow its easily out ran. But when you get teled right on top of or have guided arrows following you no matter where you tele to, theres really no way to out run em. I haven't played in a while so I don't know. But cant you get banned for using aa. Isn't detectable like mh now?

I just recently got home to the Usa, after a few months in Spain doing a huge job...I was looking forward to playing d2 again, on a private server, but, the server seems to have died??? (D2Pk.org??). Anyways, don't count on a private server to be better than b.net, theres immature idiots, no matter where you play.devilish:

in pubs i always gm until someone needs to be taught a lesson. and yes someone usually needs to be put down. for only gm duels you'd have to go find a priv server or duel with people you know.

I found it rather amusing raping people who cried a lot with my Zealot throughout 1.09- 1.10, I was one of the few (along with a small group of DII dedicated players) who had mastered the Zealot. I NK'd for the funnies when they started to cry, unless the person was a "cool guy", basically being someone worth challenging and you know, just someone who didn't have the personality of some random noob who wanted free wins.
