a script that loops and pressed alt + f4 every 5 mins.

(i just wrote this, i didn't check if it worked, but it should)

Rallert has it all but I'd prefer using this.... instead of pusing Alt down, pressing F4 and releasing F4, it simply presses Alt+F4
