D2Loader is just not working for me

I've installed D2 and LOD Fully
I've Copied the .mpq files from the LOD cd
I've changed D2loader's name to Diablo II
I've run the updater to 1.0.11.46'
I've copied D2loader into the Diablo II folder
When I run it, the screen goes black and I hear some sound but no video for maybe a second...then nothing. It closes, says we've got a big problem. and I die a little inside.

Here's the bottom of the error log if it helps.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening or how I can fix it will be greatly appreciated.

Probably need the right patch files. There was a bug because Blizzard made the patch_d2.mpq file larger so when you entered the game, D2Loader wouldn't work and the game would crash.

Luckily, I saved the files b4 this happened. I'll upload it to you and it includes D2Loader in it.

Thank you so much Slashbomb, but I copied those files you put up to the Diablo II folder and still have the same issue. Starts to load up, a second of sound and then we've got a big error here, and my sorrow is created anew.

Any other thoughts? also the d2loader was not with that bunch you uploaded, so I used the latest version I could find from dec 2006
