Paint shop pro and Photoshop are 2 different progs. www.Good-tutorials.com is for photoshop. Which is the better program for the most part.

Well I think most ppl use apps like Adobe Photoshop, but since those cost an arm and a leg I wont be makin one anytime soon, hence my request Smile

A lot of people making sigs here are 14-16, instead of buying photoshop you could um, legally download it from a filesharing program and then mail in the cash to adobe at a later date?
