Is there a way to download/copy a closed B-Net charakter to SP?

I want to save my present charakter so that I can play it in singleplayer/open B-Net as I don't want to play him over closed B-Net any longer.
I know that the chars are saved on the B-Net servers but isn't there a way to get to that data while playing them?

Sorry, as for as I know, there is no way to download characters off the B.net servers. What you can possibly do (if you know how to use Hero's Editor, or an editor working with 1.12 or whatever version you play) is get an editor and re-create the character with same stats and gear for single player.
