Rep power is based on post count. Since you have more posts than Spit, you have more rep power than spit.

I barely have 50 more posts than you and my rep power is one more than yours?

I think it's still if people feel like giving you rep, thats when you get more rep. More people like Pamela though, so whenever they see her post...

For every 365 days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 500 posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 100 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again? 3
I may look inactive but I'm usually lurking around in the background doing something.
Doesn't help that I am leaving for 2 weeks today.
