Need Help With Sig

Ive read the faqs and what not but i cant put up a signature!!!!!

please help!

I assume you know where the place is to put up your signature? Go to User CP - Edit Signature. Now if you have a text sig, just type it in there. If it is an image, you can either upload it to the site in that space under to upload a sig picture. Make sure you are following the rules (max is 500x100 and must be under 19.5kb).

You can also first upload your sig picture to a site like Imageshack, then place it between [IMG][/IMG] tags (there is also a little button that looks like a picture to enter these tags).

If you cannot figure this out, alternatively you can post the URL to your signature picture here, and a mod will take care of putting the signature in for you. Best of luck!

in my cp i dont have the link " Edit Signature"
its just not there

Odd...maybe Spit put something up if you have under a certain posts. Anyways, upload your sig to Imageshack (I'm assuming it's not text), post the direct link here, and a mod will put up your sig for you.

It was still a little big, so I just ran it through MSPaint to cut the file size in half. I hope it didn't degrade it too badly, but it should be working in future posts for you I hope.

It's possible you may need 15 posts in order for a sig to work. Try posting around the forums, and once you hit 15 posts, try adding the signature again. If this is the case, sorry I didn't know it off the bat; I don't think I've ran across the scenario where a user can't even post anything in their sig space.

PS: I let the admin here know about this - if something is wacked up that is beyond my or your repair, I'm sure he'll fix it for ya. He doesn't bite...hard.
