Awesom-o Problem

Well I get the program up and running. D2 comes up, I log into my account. The bot then takes over says game name in chat, but when I go to join game, it doesn't load and freezes up, eventually just closing out and closing redvex as well. Wth is with that? Am I missing a step? Please help ASAP.
