I think they're sent here more as a cultural experience, us being the bomb diggity and all, and less as an educational opportunity. Now I do agree that we have some of thebest universities on the planet. That's not arguable. It's that such a large percentage of our youths are being left behind educationally because our standards aren't what they should/could be that's the problem.
