D2Loader Problem...

Alright, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this kind of question - but I get an error when I try to load the program.

I obviously downloaded Diablo II off a torrent site, installed it (not full install) and I put the D2Loader.exe into the Diablo II directory. Ran the program and it says "Couldn't load Diablo 2 MPQ files. Please insert your Diablo II CD.". Now I googled it and it says that I need to have several MPQ files in my Diablo II directory. Here is the current MPQ files I have in my directory:

d2xtalk.mpq
SETUP.mpq
d2xmusic.mpq
d2xvideo.mpq
d2exp.mpq
d2data.mpq
d2char.mpq
d2sfx.mpq
d2speech.mpq
d2music.mpq
playd2.mpq
patch_d2.mpq

Now, I'm not trying to run Diablo Expansion (LoD), I'm just trying to run Diablo II. So what MPQ files am I missing? And would it be to much to ask where I can download the MPQ's at?

Thanks to all that can help, I've been searching google non-stop to find a solution for this no-cd crack, and I just can't seem to find any solutions anywhere.

Download the patch, install it, and you'll be good.
