Sony and PS3 - Your Picks from E3 2009

I thought the motion capture wand looked cool, since it's so sensitive, and ModNation Racers looks pretty sweet. MAG continues to look freakin' awesome, and I can't wait to get it. Final Fantasy 14 looks cool, but it'll probably be subscription-based like 11 was... Either way, it's a bonafide MMORPG made FOR the PS3, not one that they decide will be cool to release for the PS3 as well. And it's an exclusive. Yaaayyy Sony!

Arkham(sp?) Assylum, that new Batman game, looks cool, and I hear that you only get to play as the Joker on the PS3 version.

Alas, I'm an old PC gamer (and old-gen consoles like gamecube), so nothing really especially struck my fancy after looking through some vids/game lists from this year's E3. While I am Nintendo-biased, I was impressed with 360's Project Natal and working with motion capture.

I'm sure my past roommate will be happy for a new Katamari. I also am happy to see the Beatles get their ride on Rock Band. And Pop 'n Music for Wii - woot.

I don't forsee myself playing any of the games at this year's E3 any time soon, but at least we gamers can still have this event to celebrate what we love almost most (after Hot Pockets, of course).

really? i could't stand the gamecube. Thankgod it had a handle in the back so you could throw it at your wall with ease. But seriosuly the controllers were designed for 8 year old hands.
AND WHAT!? Beatles is on ROCKBAND!? what song!? if its helter skelter....im SOOOO BUYING

I actually like GC's controllers, you can pitch them across the room after getting mad at SSBM and they work perfectly fine afterwords...OH YEAH! lol
I have N64, GC, PS1, PS2, PS3, and GC...I still miss my Cleco Vision, Atari and Commodore 64 though The only system I don't really like is xBox....but thats cause I think microsoft makes enough money with windows and PCs that they dont need to jump into the console market and take that over too <_< no offence to loyal xbox fans....sorry but the only xbox I used...I used as a coaster (anyone remember how you can take the X off and a nice cup shaped dent was there? XD)


Anyways, back on topic, The games I am looking forward to are FFXIII, and FFXIV (yeah dunno why they are making another MMORPG but it looks freakin awesome), MAG looks nice but not my cup of tea...I never kept up much with E3 this year...dunno why really lol
