Hero Editor Item Import Error

So I am trying to import some set items to a character, and I get this error message:

Warning: This item does NOT appear to be a V1.110-V1.13 item.
Unless you really know what you are doing, DELETE THIS ITEM before
you get more errors.

So, whats going on? Can anyone help me out?

what item pack are you using for the items
