Hello,

Ok, i play a online game called DiabloII, with a recent patch update, there came a program called map hack that you use to reveal the map to show where you go.. Now this is where the problem comes in..

I can't remove it ( not in the control panels remove programs )
I can't even find it
It auto starts on start up
when i open start up options an turn it off, it turns it self back on by itself
For some reason it uses Firefox browser somehow or another, i say this cuz.. some programs i run ask for firefox to be shut down while it is, when i open task manager to end process, as i end process for Firefox the d2me executes an opens up.

I'd like to put a end to this and not sure how too, i'd like to remove it an never use it again.. it's called D2me.

I ended up doing a system restore and it worked fine, i wanted to do something right quick so i undid it to do it back again at a later date but then it system restore fails now.

Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have up to date virus/trojan protection. My d2me.exe never starts on its own- at least from what I've seen.
