looks like bnet is owning for d2loader type programs now lol, This is a reply on bnets forum from datth(blizzard poster)

Unfortunately this ban wasn't random, Twixii. The account Twixii was found to be using a Diablo II Loader program from the current location you're posting from now yesterday, and same with Twixbot. There wasn't anything dating back to Friday.
