D2NT31 NTBot42 Tutorial

Hello all, first time poster. I used D2NT back in 1.12, I haven't been on in about 2 years. I always had a bot going for findings, is the new d2NT 1.3 and with the updated version safe? Comper, you posted about 3 post up the urls for the bot and the updater. I will instal both when I get home from work... Thanks

since you have botted before I would go with this one - Project Etal - it is the etal bot has a lot in it, the one I posted up was just a plain d2nt bot
plus when you get the svn and do a checkout for the etal trunk it will already be updated and ready to run after you set it up

Yeah I did a bit of research on that bot, the customizing is pretty intense. Although I like how simple the NT is. I think I will stick with this for now because it seems as if ladder resets are coming fairly quickly now. Do you have a URL with a current update of scripting for d2NT? Like redemption on/off, pickits, etc. That would save me a bit of time.

Hi, i search though a bit in the forum but didn't find a solution for the (unhandled exception (c0000005) error, or is there any?
i have reinstalled the game, done the vid test and selected 2d, run'ed the d2NT manager as administator / win mode, even tryd every thing on my Win xp operativ system
and same prob there, (i have 2 os i my comp, and i run win 7 at my current)
i have tryd diffrent D2NT but none of them seem to work for me, and read around alot in diffrent forums before asking.

i ran the bot over the night but after 3 hours i got the "your connection has been temporarily restricted" thing, how should i customize it so i dont get the (teporarily ban) i think if i get it to much i will get permamently banned right?

how long are your runs they should be a good 6 - 7 mins long - try that and then you might have to add another one or so just have to see what runs for your comp and internet
and if your runs are already that long or longer then you need to check your d2nt manager and see if you are getting a lot of chickens or restarts
try that and if you still get r/d's then I can let you know how to make the game making time a little longer

thx yea, just increased the game time the doubled, you should have that preset i have 35000 miliseconds around 6 min thx again

Hi again! i use sorc and i have static field, i dont know if it only uses it on bosses or all mobs but sometimes it fells like it teleports in to the mobs and chikens out.. is there like a script for only (boss static field) or is it like that alltime?

best is save a copy of the NTAttack.ntl
in the NTAttack.ntl file around like 602 a line like this - if(NTConfig_CastStatic < 100 && parseInt(target.hp*100/target.hpmax) > NTConfig_CastStatic && NTA_GetResistance(target, NTA_DAMAGE_LIGHTNING) <= 80)

you will need to replace it with this line -
if(NTConfig_CastStatic < 100 && parseInt(target.hp*100/target.hpmax) > NTConfig_CastStatic && NTA_GetResistance(target, NTA_DAMAGE_LIGHTNING) <= 80 && (target.name == "Mephisto" || target.name == "Andariel" || target.name == "Diablo" || target.name == "Baal"))
