Working on fixing this is a pain. Hijack this didnt work. But it did get rid of the popups just not the redirect.

1.close all windows and apps
2.Download AVG anti virus
3. Disable system restore (why? because many files hide in sys restore and can't be delted by scan because the files are protected)
4.Run Spybot or Ad-aware
5.Run CWShredder
6.reboot
7.Run AVG Anti-virus
8. Turn system restore back on (if you wish)

I kinda fixed it the porn popups are gone but it still goes to the same website, the website is really screwed up now though it just shows the search bar.

BTW nothing has worked so far it just keeps coming back. The only sites I go to are mine, this one, and neopets (yes i play). So I dont know what it is.

i have got it too i cant get rid of it but if you can i dont recommensd this you can uninstall the IE and then reinstall it after deleting manually all the files related to it it should stop it

if you have tried everything use it only then it should go away
delete all inet temp files there is a way to also get the inet dropdown thing (yknow on the left of the address bar you click the popdown and all these sites come up) it shopuld be in the windows file and it might be hidden it will be in internet settings delete it all there is also the cookies file in the windows file you must delete everything you cant delete a file called index (dont know y)
then go to the system file and look for any cookie files i think i foubd a way to delete that index file but ...
this is very dangerous dont try it unless you are getting desperate
(hey if anyone can make viruses make one to redirect you homepage to google )

the only anti virus software that screws around with your comp is norton and spy bot S&D but spybot is unintentional
if you have norton it is that that does the damage not adaware adaware is safe
