This is a custom script used by Clan Ant I do believe. I also think the only way to get it is to become a Donor at their forums and download it there. I could be wrong however. To have it just join specific channels, that is covered in my guide in the link in my signature. Still working out how to get it to spam NG before creation inside the channel though.
