Everyone has given good advice,but here are some things you should know about hammerdinss and botting
1:FCR breakpoints:
48 fcr will give 11 frame casting(Hoto 40%, Arachnid mesh 20%)
75 fcr will give 10 frame casting(Hoto 40% fcr, Trang gloves 20%, Arachnid mesh 20%)
in my opinion Trang's gloves are the only fcr glove choice for hammerdins as magefist doesn't have any usable bonuses for paladins
2:FHR breakpoints:
48% fhr(faster hit recovery) will give you 5 frame hit recovery(Sandstorm treks 20% fhr sc's 5%)
86% fhr will give you 4 frame hit recovery(not really easily achievable)
so you should easily achieve 75% fcr and 48% fhr as well you should have close to 4000 life after bo, at least 12k defense with 75% block, and at least 75% in all resists.Your damage should be around 10k or higher. Use a holyfreeze(act 2 nightmare) mercenary with Eth fortitude,eth andariels and eth insight cryptic axe or colossus voulge.

Head:Shako(with um, shael, jah, or cham depending on your needs)
Neck: Mara's kaleidescope
Body: Mage plate or archon plate enigma
weapon: Hoto
Shield: Upped Hoz with 190+ ed socketed with ber
ring 1: if using cham'ed shako then use soj if not use hi-dex ravenfrost
ring 2:rare Str, life, resist ring or wisp projector
gloves: Trang oul's claws
boots: eth sandstorm treks
cta and low str pally spirit on switch

ally torch, annihilus,enough fhr sc's to hit breakpoint,life resist and mana charms
and maybe a gheeds
as far as skills go after you max all your hammerdin skills i would put the rest into a resist aura of your choice(either fire or lightning) to boost your max resistance
