How does the blizzard banning system work?

Suppose I have the following setup
1x static IP
4x different cd keys, say key1, key2, key3 and key4
4x different accounts, say acc1, acc2, acc3, acc4

I run a bot only on acc1 using key1

If/when I get caught, will only acc1 and key1 be banned or all 4 accounts and all 4 keys because they know my IP? or something else entirely..?

Im not sure if the mechanism bans your other accounts by your IP or by your CD-key... (the CD-key that you used with the bot account gets flagged before banning, and most likely bans your other accounts too...)

I cannot confirm are the related account bans done by CD-key or IP... But I think you should be prepared for both.

And as most ppl have dynamic IP I doubt that they ban accounts by IP. (where as temp bans still are done by IP)
