Cold Mastery and Infinity(Conviction)

I was wondering as a Cold Sorc using Blizzard. How much Cold Mastery do you need? I only put 1 point into Cold Master and my +skills put me up to 13 and I'm still not fully geared.

Also, how does it scale with conviction aura given by the rune word infinity against cold immune monsters in hell?

I am not sure about all that best is to check out what guides you can find or try it out and now that we can respect then you can try something different

as for infinity, will not break cold immunities
