This isn't going to be like "The Day After Tommorow" Super cells are going to appear overnight, walls of water aren't going to form in the middle of nowhere, hail the size of basketballs aren't going to fall on Tokyo, and half the world isn't going to freeze over the next few days. It will happen over hundreds of years. The ocean levels only increase an inch every few years.
Shows how ignorant you are. I never said it would be like "The Day After Tomorrow." I said that once the polar ice caps really get going on melting out of control, it will take approximatly 2-3 years before they are fully melted. By then, the water levels would rise 26 extra feet.

If people looked up the facts on Bush, they would learn much worse things about him. The media hasn't done shit to Bush. But slowly it's unraveling his wrong-doings.

Go to the site http://www.commondreams.org
If I'm correct, the last time I gave you that sites address you looked at one article, came back here, and replied "That was so liberal, left-winged it was hilarious. It is completely wrong from the truth." Maybe this time you will take the time to read more than one article and understand what I'm getting at. Then when I get the time, I'll get more sites and post them here, or somewhere else. I obviously can't explain this right. Maybe they can.

3 years x 365 days = 1095 days
26 feet x 12 inches = 312 inches
Roughly .28 inches per day. That would give anyone plenty of time to relocate.
I still would like to see your side of the arguement (facts) rather than just bashing him.

Yes people would have time to leave. But there are the very stubborn in the world who don't think they should leave. When they realize it, it just might be too late.

He meant the people of Iraq are free of fear and terror...though they are far from it. Though I'm fortunate to have more people on my side they don't always make the best points.
And dude Nubli you can't trust those small sites like that. They make a lot of stuff up. One said that Bush was trying to ban gay sex on the moon. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, I've read many opinions and articles about what's going on. I've read liberal and conservative and ever green party representatives opinions and I've leaned more right wing. Though I'm not very far right wing I'm more of a moderate I agree with them more than I do the left wing. I don't think Bush has done everything in the best possible way but he's the leader of our country and I'll support him and stand by his decissions, because he is the leader of our country and needs the support of the people in order to be succesful and with everyone on his back how will he push forward?

I agree you shouldnt trust small news sites, well you cant realy trust any news site or the news you se on tv sense every countrys new channels say different things,,,,
News theese days is entartainment coz of the competition,, maby best way to get to the truth is talking to people on both sides and then form your own opinion.

It's not really a small site. But you can read the New York Times if you like. I forget the author of the editorials I think, I'll give the name to you when I remember.

Ok, this discussion seems to be dying a little bit, (I think). If anyone else wants to get less political, heres a new topic.
Eminem versus Insane Clown Posse
(Just a suggestion, any other musician feuds would be fine).
Only if you guys wanna take a break from politics.

But we're having so much fun with the politics.
The media in general lies so much, not to mention it's mostly liberal the only one that prides itself on being conservative is Fox News. You can't realy trust any of it. I have a conservative father and a liberal mother so I tend to hear many sides of different aspects of politics and I have made my own opinion. I don't completely agree with either side but I don't think Bush has done a bad job as president, considering what he's had to deal with I think he's done a pretty good job.

My point was that al news media tells the story a bit different,, New York Times is no exption from all other news papers in the world,, also New York Times is an American news paper, witch means it gives the American version.

Oooh someone's getting touchy. If Bush weren't president we don't know what would happen cause guess what? He is president and Gore didn't quite make it, but I can assure you 9/11 would still have happend, we would have to make some kind of response, and Saddam still would have been killing people and the rest of the world would probably still hate us.

Imagine if Clinton had the right to still be president, we would all be speaking Arabic and mining the gold out of Alaska and giving it to al Qaeda for illegal trade and bartering. (note for the slow:Bush is a little bit better than Clinton)

For people whining about how Bush is ruining the country, and have no valid reasons on why, here's a suggestion. Go to the store, get some No More Tears shampoo, then go home and shut up about it. You people need to stop sitting in front of the TV watching Fox News while eating a bag of chips. 99.99% of what the media says is BS anyway. They say anything that will get them more viewers.

The whole war could have been prevented if things would have gone differently on 28th of February 1991
People tought the war was won and turns out its still basically the same war

Usually the nespapers say 100 Iraqians dead no American casualties
To me that is just as bad, coz the soldiers getting killed are not the ones responsibel.
