Real fast I apologize to Nubli and other mods for causing this trouble but I could not resist
moding different sites is not different? Well let's see considering that different sites have different rules, posters, readers, mods, admins, layouts, programs, subjects, and let's not forget hosts...I think just about every aspect is different. So learn how to deal with the people here before claiming you know how to handle us cause obviously you don't if you could have nobody on your side right now. And if there is someone on your side they haven't felt the need to make their presence noticed so right now you're all alone pal...I'd watch what you do cause you seem to be pissing some people off.

Because before you started freaking out over spam, you had yet to care about these forums. I've done loads of stuff for this site. There are many examples out there but I'll leave that for you to find. I have yet seen any good example of you doing something good for these forums.
Just give it up. You can't bring me down. I'm so high up you can't reach me. You can try, but it won't work. I've got enough people satisfied with my work on these forums. Do you see them complaining? I sure don't. So I guess I'm doing a damn great job here if people are satisfied with my work. As for you, you are already making enemies, some which you wish you hadn't.

by moving threads that need be,closing threads that need be,helping the new membes and old members with rules of the site they may not understand,by contoling spam keeping it as limited as it can,keeping threads on the subect that it was meant to be
if people break the rules mods need to warn and/or take action

Yeah you do need to more in depth cause not once have you said how you'd handle a problem...you're missing the point you can't just think of it as "doing it" how are you going to do it? Are you going to say "here are the rules follow them or die"...or will you say "these are the rules if you have any questions I'd be more than happy to help." When you warn someone is it "Stop or I'll shoot!" or is it "Hey could you maybe calm down/watch what you're doing?"
