i am referring to NPC's who just talk and that is their only function. just talk. i do believe tyrael open us tp in end of act 2, plus he opens tp in act 4 to get to act 5, and u can also ressurect ur merc in act 4 as well. and gheed sells stuff and u can gamble from him. although he does have the coolest line, hey i actually got it on my website; attached below.

do u think that the last pic i just posted is edited? the one on what Gheed says? it is not edited at all, that is what he says, try going to gheed and gossiping with him, see what he says. eventually, he will say that, or he says it at some point in the game.

yeah he does say that, its around the middle of act 1 when you finish the third quest i think.
another funny line is when you are searching for the horadric malus, go over to gheed and click on talk, then click on the quest for the horadric malus, he'll say "well it seems you bear us no malus" lol
