whats the best barb?

can some people give their opinions on what the best barb is? also can you write, or copy and paste a guide to that barb? ive seen some of the guides for barbs here, didnt know what they are, and didnt like them too much. what is a pvm, or pvp? my barb is lv 15, has like 83 str, 39 dex, 40 vit, and like 8 or 18 mana. i have 9 points in sword mastery, and 1 in bash, and leap.

its kind of impossible to have a best barb, cause each build can own a different one. i.e a barb vs barb (huge str barb) can always own a tweaker (barb vs ranged or other melee), anyway i find playing a tweaker is the funest for dueling since you basically move really quickly, have a lotta life and a lot of speed. for a tweaker use 222 dex, enough str for an eth botd cb or ebotd zerker, as a zerker has higher dmg, and the rest goes into vitality.
heres some gear that works for me upped or norm 40/15 arreats, enigma archon plate, 2 angelic rings, angelic ammy, perfect verdungoes, 40/15 ss, perfect rends or perfect dracul's, and upped gore riders or eth treks. fill your inventory with around 29 3/20/20s or more, combined with an anni and two +3 to warcry throwing spears on switch and your about ready to go. you can also use 2 hoto's on switch for faster baal runs so you can tele quickly.

for skills, put 1 point into prerequisites, and max these (in any order)
shout
sword or axe mastery (depending on whether or not you use a zerker or colossus blade)
battle order
wirlwind

put around 3 in increased speed, and a couple into natural resists, the rest go into iron skin so your very hard to hit.

anyway best barb would be either berserker or shapeshifter barb i would guess

beserker=no shield, and shapshifter is no match for when a barb wirlwinds at you

this all depends on how fast u r.if u can get ur enemy in stun lock and keep em like that or jus attack fast enough to kill them b4 they kill u then ur good.i build my frenzy barbs for pure speed and it seems to work but now,in 1.10,hammerdins will be a problem along wit a few other char builds.

yah hammerdins are annoying. thats why i have one. he does like 7k. could be more but i cant afford anymore equipment

i hate the hammerdins that stand in one spot and make a wall of hammers:mad:. they p*** me off but i get round em wit my sorc. jus tele to spot where their hammer doesnt hit then cast till he dead.

as i said b4 its all about speed. if u have enough faster run/walk then just name lock him and u should stay beside him swinging the whole time(using 2 weapons with a decent range).and if u have good IAS and AR then u will be hitting more then they do.

Or just dodge his ww and hit him when he stops or ww along with him = )

or just dig out a sorc and kill him with ranged spells
