sorc spending points

ok, if i make a sorc from scratch how should i spend my points along the way (note this is not a rushed character)

: :What points? Attribute points? Skill points? Both? You are asking an extremely generalized question. Skill points vary (obviously) with the build you aim to create. Attribute points can be usually generalized like this: Strength, minimum for equipment (typically around 110); Dexterity, none or enough for maximum block (if you are planning to use a shield); Vitality, everything else should go here; Energy, you should keep this at base, but if you begin to have mana problems, begin raising this until at maximum 75 points.

u dun need energy, the sorc i have is full vita build, use stuff that gives str, like 2 doom master, and then coh, maras, shako, imp shank, they all give str, so u can have more life.

Mana can be pretty useful with energy shield if you max telekinesis it gives synergies to energy shield makign the mana cost so cheap u could just keep casting to take in dmg to mana and with good amount of mana you'd be pretty dam godlike.

: :Energy shield for most builds is not good. It doesn't calculate with resistances, so your mana goes down really fast. Energy is only useful for a few choice builds, namely a Nova Sorceress. If you really need it however, a few points into Energy will always help.
