Noticed Any New Ladder Changes?

Besides the obvious New runewords has anyone noticed any updates with gameplay? I havent got to play long(currently lvl 14 Pally in act 2) but to me it seemed like the monsters were alittle harder. I died several times in act1, maybe because I am melee, but things just seemed harder to me. I could be wrong but has anyone noticed anything different in gameplay?

ey i noticed something but not a big deal.. if u failed joining a game, its not like a black screen then "failed joining game", the msg will just showed up at the right side of the screen in the chat room, where u see the games, ladder rankings etc...
