New RuneWords

I know there are already posts about the 23 new rune words, but how long does it usually take for them to surface? Did Blizzard just give them out when the new patch came, or did people have to discover them? Just a few questions I've been wondering about. Thanks for the info.

Blizzard just said there were 23 ladder only new runewords, that's all. Players have to find them out

i think they probaly told.......they should have a runeword where us tick 4 ist runes in a shield and u get the attributes from lidless and plsu the 100% mf ^^ that would own or 6 isted sword and botd stats along with 180% mf lol

dont go back to 1.9... stupid ist was very very gay man it would b so rigged to have it back... it gives so much mf that every barbs uses it along with lik 40 hexes its so gay in 1.9 u needed lik 30 to own and 2 or 5 isnt enough.. its just really really gay...

when 1.09 first came out it was very fun. i used to own with my ik maul and laying of hands gloves on my barb. doing 3.5x dmg to bosses, or up to 15k for ww. then later everything turned into hacks

.09 was teh sexiest, ITH's were so ownage oh man ... and the occy rings! **droolz** so much hacked items, my sorc was god, 3 os occy 2 os shako 4 os valor, i used to be rich, now im broke in 1.10

Hexes, Occy Rings, and the White Strength Gloves were tbe best! I had a whole character full of hexes haha.

I played all 1.9 remind me wut hexes were....lol!..And ah trading was so simple back then a couple 32020's for that and the Ith Swords! god damn Ww barbs were the s-h-i-t back in 1.9....Hmm i also rember Making godly sorc's was so simple....occy, shako, skulders...and max frozen orb...lol! everyone was cold/light...and occy rings were da bomb diggity!

duel bugged con rings with + to replenish are better. and getting to lvl 95 was no problem

and bowzons were simple to make and they were good duelers...lol..and in 1.9 i would just mf in cow games with my sorc and find some stuff but now i got a pindle bot and im living large ^^

if it didnt take 1 minute each time to make a game, my sorc would probly be around lvl 99 right now (sadly im only lvl 94)
