Big Problem!

I somehow got D2loader on my computer and I deleted it and runned a virus scan with no viruses and reinstalled my D2 stuff but when I connect to bnet it say "connecting to fastest server" and it doesn't get online? anyone know how I can fix this??

For about 1 month now (that's it's been sayin "connecting to fastest server" and not connecting)

oh rein stall d2 all but copy the patch put it in a diff file till its all intalled then just paste it in ur d2 dict it be faster ( no patch dl) but if you want to restart all your stuff reinstall the patch

I had a similar problem man, D2 loader was on my comp too. It messes with the log on address of battle net, their is step by step instructions of how u can re-format your IP for BNET in your registry they give u step by step instructions...
You delete a couple of files from the registry, re install and you should be good to go. Hope that helps...Oh btw im talking about that www.battle.net site go to support and connection issues they tell u how.

How will I know if im safe? As of right now I uninstalled fixed my registry and removed the loader? Wat does this trojan do if you encountered it, and if so am I safe?

I used to have it and I just deleted the registry entrys to fix up battle net and I ran a virus scanner to remove the trojan. It was a while ago so I can't remember what the virus was actually called, but it didn't seem to do any harm, probally just a cd key stealer.
