I think WoW will last longest even if you are paying a monthly fee for it.

D2 LOD will probably stick around for a LONG time because of people who have advanced so far in it and who are too cheap to buy diablo 3. If diablo 3 is 3D-like or first person, i know ill stick to LOD.
