well for one thing, he could've payed a little more attention in school when it came to spelling(i know he's like 12 or something but still ppl know how to spell at 12), generally he was just a real pain sometimes. hope ppl don't see me in a bad way just cause i say something bad about him.

Flash Mx is the one you would use to make them. You can get in a bundle pack called Studio Mx and it comes with Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and somethin else I think...I dunno that's all I use.
