Noisy Computer

My computer is pretty noisy, is there a way to change this without buying a new case, and if so how much do quiet cases cost?

it's prolly not your case all cases will echo some noise, it's prolly your cd-rom and/or cpu fan

so is there a way to fix this? or are all computers noisy?

Replace all fans with aftermarket ones... Such as Thermaltake ~21db fans. Also, fans on videocards can get noisy with age, just replaced mine with a fanless system.

And how much would those thermaltake fans cost, i just looked at ebay and no results
