meph couldnt drop valor in 09, in .10 it was changed so he could drop valor, he can also now drop tals armor among other things, but he can not drop fathoms

isnt fathom a hi lvl weap? so if it is i dont think meph can drop it cuz meph is a low lvl boss... pindle definitly can drop fathom

it is calculated by the TC (treasureClass)
every items has its own TC
e.g. Dimensional Shard (which is fathom) hast TC weap87 which is the highest
but mef can just drop till TC weap78.
so mef will NEVER drop a Dimensional Shard
BUT Pindleskin can drop it - he can drop til TC weap 87
so he CAN drop it...
same with armory
meph can drop up to armo78 but ik arm is higher
so he cant drop it
pindle can he can drop up to armo 87 which is the highest
