a lil help with countess and stuff about mf

Sorc, you wont find much in 5 runs... try 20-30. ive found ist and 2 ums from 50 runs.

i like having 350mf about with 500mf i find nutin the 1st run i change my mf to 350 i got a shako and since then ive found like 3shako 4facets and more cant remember all

Obviously light sorc, since countess is cold+fire immune


Oh and mf does affect countesses' item drop, but not her rune drop.

Also, are Countess runs actually that great? I know Pit runs r0x0r and the tower gives nice items in the chest 'n stuff, but is it really all that wunnerful?

its just that countess is a rather quick run (assuming u use a light sorc or some1 like that). the previous dungeons to get to her are small and pretty easily predictable. then the countess herself is also easy because she won't even run out to you if u stay out of that room. also this is good for ladder because they can up the runes, and ur usually almost always guaranteed a rune, so its a pretty nice rune area.

as a whole countess doesnt drop very good runes!mine highest rune was "ber"...only this and some "ko" runes...other were junk!

I've never gotten a rune from the Tower in single player. The countess hates me.

Countess can drop up to a lo rune.. so if your botting or have a lot of time.. you can get vex and gul there which aren't that bad. Though there are probably better ways to get rich.

u can get all the runes for cta from the countess, same with exile, runes #1-#28 (lo), and mf doesnt affect it so using travs on a light sorc is pretty useless

i like how runes arent affected by mf, becuz it makes it more even of a playing feild in a sense. like sorc items...all the good sorc items basically already have mf. for paladins its diff so they would have lower mf unless u make it a point to have mf stuff on. but the disadvantage to that is u would probably be alot weaker.
so runes having no affect by mf is kinda cool.
(even if it would make it easier to get them if they were affected by it, cuz uber mf isnt all that hard to acheive. but then it would lower the value of the runes, bcuz more ppl would have them so it would be dumb)


juust my opinion i guess.



oh and heres a question for ya....... can the forge in hell mode drop any rune? if so, seems to me like that would be the easiest way to get decent runes.

forge drops up to gul... i hear some people get vex and higher, but the highest ive gotten from it is gul

from countess highest you can get is lo.. from the minions around the countess you can get up to zod.. i have never got any of these runes but i saw that percentage on www.d2data.net
