Rollback Dupe

Setup:
Person with chicken: Player A
Friend: Player B

1. Open d2maphack.cfg in your maphack directory and find this line:
Chicken Life: 0
Change the 0 to 100 above your current life. (Example: you have 100 life, you set this to 200.)


2. Open D2, make a game, have a friend join it, Only two people should be in your game.

3. Both of you stand at the edge of town.

4. The Player A should leave town, and exactly as he is doing that Player B clicks to trade with him.

5. If the accept trade dialog is up as Player A ran out of town, the game will
drop and everyone is rolled back.

TIPS:
A. Have Player A set for walk and Player B set for run that way B can
catch A on his way out of town.

Tested and working on west but wasnt tested on east.

Heres how its done.

1. load up your maphack configuration file and change all the chicken values
that are defaulted to 0 to something about your hp. Like if you have 800
life set it for 900 and so on.

2. load up d2

3 create a game and have a friend join

4. both of you go stand right near the edge of town.

5. As the person with the chicken on is leaving town the other person in the
game clicks to trade with him.

6. if the accept trade dialog is up as you ran out of town, the game will
drop and boom rollback.

TIPS:
A. Have yourself set for walk and your friend set for run that way he can
catch you on your way out of town.


B makes game, A & C enter
A drops items, C picks items up
C exits game
A sets chicken over life, and loads oneside
A and B go to edge of town
B trades with A, A walks out
C and A should have items[/b]

Lag Style Dupe

[b]Part I: The Setup

A preferred character setup is this:
1)A necro with high level bone wall and poison nova.
2)2-4 Javazons with decent psn javelin and at least one with good slow missile(6 is excessive and makes splitting hard).
3)A mule with 2 sets of cd-keys and D2 loader so they can run 2 D2s at once. (2 computers should also work)

Also, the mule should have a game waiting for him with a trusted friend where he can drop duped items.


Part II: The Procedure

1)Everyone enters a normal difficulty game (duh! and make sure to have your fps and ping showing (do this by typing fps into the chat window in the game)
2)Everyone but the java with slow missile join one big party.
3)The mule goes and stands out in the blood moor about 10-15 yards out.
4)The javazon with slow missiles (not in the party) hostiles the entire party.
5) Everyone go out in to the moor about 5 yards.
6)Javazon with slow missile casts slow missile a few times while the necro surrounds the mule with an ass load of bonewalls. Once everyone is slow missiled invite the hostile zon into the party (just incase) and get everyone in the party.
7)Once everyone is slow missiled and the mule is surrounded in bonewalls, have the javazons start firing their poison javs. Try to stand far enough away that they leave a trail but close enough so you hit the bonewalls. Also try to get all the javazons hitting the same place as this makes the poison stack.
8)The necro should also start unleashing poison novas now if he has them.
9)Since this is normal the bone walls will fall pretty fast so have the necro keep remaking them as fit.
10)Your ping should climb into the thousands easily (I have hit about 4500 while doing this) Once you have build enough lag (Try around 2000 or so) have the mule log into his account with his other D2 and start trying to enter the game you are lagging to hell. He should get failed to join repeatedly. After a while, he should get game does not exist. When this happens join the game with your friend waiting. Drop the items in THIS GAME, not the lagging game.
11)You have now duped the entire inventory of the mule. When he disconnects the character should roll back and get his full inventory back while the duped items are still waiting in the game with his friend.
12)Dispense items among yourselves.


Part III: Notes

While this is possible with 1 java, 1 necro, and 1 mule. It is probably easier with at least one more java if not 2-3.

This still has a chance of failing even if you do it perfectly. We got out ping to over 4000 one time and the dupe failed. If at first you don't succeed (and your probably wont) try try again.

1. Sniff packets of charsi
2. Sniff the item charsi sell , also buy it
3. WRITE DOWN THE PACKETS
4. get to act4 and get back to act1 to flush act1 from packet flooding
5. Load Gamedrop
6. Buy bolts or arrows for gamedrop
7. Tell your partner the packets
8. Tell him block those packets
9. Give him the item
10. Drop him and u will get c/i
11. Get back on and u and your partner should have the stuff
ONLY ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM CHARSI MAY BE DUPED !!!!'

First get to Charsi , u need enough money to clear all of Charsi's stock
when its empty , sell the stuff u want to dupe to Charsi. Exit and enter
trade with Charsi again. Then follow step 1

in the Maphack rollback style, it says that everything will roll back when he leaves town, but then C has to get the items before the "chicken-trade" or is it only A who is rolled back?

Kinda late on the thx. Oh and to the above post, yes they did work at one time. But not any longer. If you can get the dupe to work , prove it , i wanna personally see it. But Ive tried MANY times since 1.10 and.....no worky <_<

the site he posted is an ip collector site. its basically used for info hits so the owner has info on computers that hit the site. You can dupe with a save key command if you have the correct bin file. it works perfectly for mac and works for my system. if you need duping on open, let me know. i'll get my access key online and arrange a time to do the duping.

is there a way to dupe on 1.10 closed? i dont really see the point on duping on open as u can make ur own items / mods r used etc
