After reading arreat summit, you'd probably get convinced that you can't get higher than 225 psn damage. Look:

Pestilent +175 Poison Damage Over 6 Seconds Small Charms(88)
Anthrax +50 Poison Damage Over 6 Seconds Small Charms(44)

BUT, if you look on the non-charm mods, it is possible to get up to 375:

Pestilent +275 Poison Damage Over 6 Seconds Weapons(50)
Anthrax Adds 100 Poison Damage over 6 Seconds Weapons(33)

So rerolling charms with 3 pgems can allow you to receive weapon mods not normally received when finding a charm.

Note: The number in the bracket is the minimum Ilvl the item can be to have that mod.

Whoever said u can't find 290s is lying. I found one doing a Tristram run once. I too cannot provide proof of this except for my word.

naw man they arent hacked....u cant hack on closed...so there not all hacked

actually closed is very vulnerable to hacks :/ ... whether it be godmode (my fav, but patched__) or people hacking items. I guess uve never seen an item such as "Corruption Rift", or the 290's from .09 , or white rings, etc
