Connection Error

There is probably like 300000 threads like this but, here we go ...

I can connect to exact ALL realms except "Europe". I Tried to "refresh" the realm list and all but it doesn't work. Am i banned?

This is what happens:
1. I start the game. Works fine
2. I click on Battle.net (with realm Europe). Don't work
3. I test other realms. Work fine
4. I try Europe again. Don't work

Now to the real thing, what happens is that the "Checking Version" window comes up it just dissapears. Flip flop. When i keep on clicking battle.net continously a window comes up with "Unable To Connect To Battle.net".

Am i IP banned?
