Soccer(Football) or Basketball ...

Soccer(Football) more interesting rather than basketball. Why? Coz u need more efforts to make 1 goal. Besides, it is the most popular sport inthe world...
Tell me your opinions. Guess there r lots of American here..

im german - well what should i say...
of course i like soccer^^ but basketbaal is also getting more popular in europe i think - especially in germany i think both is interesting but sometimes u get really bored watching soccer if there is no action. i think basketbaal is always exciting but i cant judge this ask the american guys here

i like monchengladbach (sounds funny, eh ?) they are not based on this star player munich has but i like them though there are more midfield - not this n1 team i think its due to my father - its his fav club and he "infected" me

LOL Monchengladbach?? i can't even spell it correctly. But really, there's no point in supporting big team. If they win that will be usual, not if "not too big" club win. There must be great celebration after the match. Did u see how Greece supporters after their club won over Portugal. Man !! Thats really awesome !!

really really awesome they celebrated 1 or 2 days, didnt they ? but this was also some kinda miracle to win the european championship and defeat the number 2 in the world (france) and portugal and ... that was crazy but i shared my happiness with them especially since their coach is a german guy =D

In america soccer isent very popular. Football-american kind, basketball, baseball, and hokey are all more popular. But soccer is my favorate sport to play with friends

Didn't some lil kid get get a soccer deal.....the kid was like in middle school.....-.-......i like basketball....not to watch but to play.....i see nothing wrong with soccer its ok....i just havent had it in my life ever lol.

soccur is lame,
basketball its so much better and seems to get very violent and intense very fast when every me and my friends play it

whats wrong with soccer, soccer gets intense and violent too...
i hate those american football playing assholes that think soccer is a p*ssy sport, we have just as much player to player contact as them, except we arent wearing a bunch of pads, all we have are shingaurds, they have shoulder pads and helmets and mouthgaurds... ...we dont even wear cups, we have balls of steel! now tell us that we arent men cause we play soccer  ive played soccer since i was in kindergarden, i love it, it is my favorite, and its the best...although, i do agree that basketball is more exciting to watch, its smaller so its really fast paced and high scoring...soccer is the best, but i guess basketball is cool too...

okay, well obviously they have more contact (thats how a play starts, a bunch of guys slamming their heads into each other to get the ball from the qb) but the point im trying to make is that soccer is not a p*ssy sport...its funny that i posted here because a couple hours after i first posted about this i went to soccer practice and took a ball to the face and almost broke my nose, it was bleeding for a half hour...
whatever though, i like football (not futbol), i like to watch it and play it...i just dont like the assholes who make fun of my sport, soccer...

dangers of soccer:
u can get sacked u can get kicked in the shins u can break/twist ur ankle u get hit in the face from a ball. thats about it as for me i enjoy floor hockey or street hockey..... its getting more dangerous every day

more dangerous because after every bad play your going at it.....Fists are flying....>_> only reason i watch hockey is for the fight that happen ever so often....lol street hockey is prone to fights...
