which should i use if i want to mf on pindleskin? Whistans has slightly higher block percentage(6% more) and a lot more armor but sigons has the +1 to skills

armor  kullders(or wealth runeword)boots:ne mf boots(war travs r nice) gloves:chance guards rings:p nagel(or con if ur 95) helm hak /w p topaz(or stealskull)ammy:+ skill ammy belt:goldwrap

i have
tarnhelm with ptopaz chance guards and goldwrap and nagelring i am currently only lvl 31
