Can you get banned for talking about bots?

My friend said his 09 cd-key was muted for talking about bots. Now, I don't bot at all, they're too hard to configure, and I wouldn't bot even if I could because of all this realm down business, so is it still possible for me to get my cd-key muted for talking about it?

I dont think you can get banned for talking bout bots...Bnet cant monitor what everyone says. Unless sum1 took a snapshot n there was proof that you were using a sort of bot to'exploit the game' in Bnet words...Then, youll get muted.

well anyone can edit a screenshot so screenshots arent really helpful in some cases
