alright since its beginning to be damn near impossible to find this... anyone who has one will be rewarded. this shield must have the following attributes
30% min ed
+20 min to resists
300 minimum defense

eth and 4 sockets.....
this is a vortex shield eth at a high point.

if you find one i can pay a bit of 290s for it

hope ur using an uber zealot with around 0 mf.... (best for finding socketed items=cows with 0 mf)
