past baal with lvl 1

Doesnt work for me to get past baal with my level 1 char. I am standing in town and getting quest for killing baals minions anda after that baal. When baal is killed, it says yo cannot complete...... Should i talk to some town person or need some hack?

plz help.

1. u must make the game
2. a person who needed the quest for baal must be partied and saw baal die
3. you must be in their party too
