best thing i've found from meph is either a shako or a wizardspike. and i have over 650 mf.

Me too baditz, the best thing I've found from meph is probably a wiz spike, and then about 15 mins ago he dropped 2 tgods. My mf is exactly 298, I don't know if that is a good amount or not.

UPDATE: I tweaked my mf so that it was 146 and when I killed mf he dropped a shadow gc and boneshade. Odd.
