Restarter Help.. ??

I have a problem... i restart fine but when it opne up again it do it too fast... my computer takes too long time to open the new d2 window and then the loader just says "no d2 windown"
how can i make a delay?? Thx!

very is fixed heheh change it in configuration setting 4 the re starter file
