I've added Hero Editor V0.65 For V1.10 and V1.09D to the site's downloads! 
What can be done in Hero V0.65:
You can do almost 'everything' now for 1.09D and 1.10 beta. This includes full Item editing, importing and exporting. You can edit socketed Items, remove Items from sockets, and more. All character Stats can be edited. Damage calculations for V1.09D should be correct, but I have not tested them for V1.10 beta yet.
When you load a character, it will assume all of the Items are the same format as the character format. But, if you want, while you have a character file open, you can "switch" between V1.09D and V1.10 beta Item decoding. Items are not converted from one format to another, but this option will let you "see" what the "differences" are, if you are curious. WARNING: If you want to edit Items, make sure you have the correct Item format selected (i.e. no Item decode errors). The only way to convert characters and Items is to load a V1.09D character into a V1.10 game, and let the game do the conversion.
NOTE: The "easiest" way to edit Items is to put the cursor over the Item in the inventory display, right click the mouse, and select "Edit Item". You will be popped into the right location for editing the Item. Magic attributes are now organized better too.
What can't be done in Hero V0.65:
For V1.10s beta, you can not fully edit Items (or display their attributes) that have a quality other than low, normal, or superior (as of Hero V0.65). NOTE: You can ALWAYS move, import and export Items from any version.
What is next:
ZonFire99 is working on Hero V0.66, and so far it can partially edit all V1.10s Items. The Item structure for V1.10s has changed again (from V1.10). So far I have found an extra 12 bytes re Magic for Sets, etc. that have been added to the Item structure. When I figure out the details, I will add the code for editing this info and release another version.
