it's prolly cause this "hentai" stuff is all fantasy and also so certain things about the person can be over exagerated, such as the chest of the female, the crotch area of the male, perhaps a scene of lust, or non-human beings sharing the lust with humans. that kind of stuff sometimes can excite people because they don't see that kind of stuff while looking at regular explicit material. thats my 2 cents.
