It's not all about the offence. You need more defence (as in resistances). CoH is the all-around best resistance armor. It is pretty much an uber skin of vipermagi.

think of it this way: u cannot get cold % dmg from items

you can get +5 to resist scs from items.

Anyways, you'd need a heck lotta charms to get that 65 to all resists. All that wasted space can be placed by Skill charms wich boosts your damage much furter than a 15% skill dmg ormus can. +Skill > Increased skill dmg.

duh, but think about it.

any light charm is 3 spaces.
ur inventory is 40 spaces. with 8 light charms +anni u have 25 spaces used. there are 15-8 spaces left for scs, meaning u have 7x5=+35 to resists, and a minimum of +10 to resists, from anni making it 45, where coh gives only 20 more resists. if ur pure dueling u can have 10 light gcs and anni giving u 9 squares left for +5 to all resist scs, therefore making ur resists a minimum of 45+10 from anni=55 minimum. and if ur using afletch like a good sorc.... u will get some resists from that, also some resists from soul spurs if u use them.

and coh also has no faster cast. making ur sorc slower
