He is talking baout making his own forum. On his OWN website for him and his friends. Not making like d2sector but not ON d2sector. Well d2sector uses vbb which you have to pay for. I suggest you not waste money on a small forum for you and your friends. Get invision board or pbb or something. Search google if you are still interested.
